Operator and service

These terms apply to Grayedge, provided by Grayedge Capital Management LLC. Contact support@grayedgefinancial.com for questions. Use Grayedge only if you have the legal capacity and authority to accept these terms and to access the records involved.

Grayedge provides portfolio recordkeeping, calculations, market information, analytics and shared-firm reporting. Features depend on your account, role, plan, connection and data availability.

Accounts, permissions and records

Provide accurate account information, protect your login and use only financial accounts and records you are authorized to access. Firm administrators are responsible for invitations, access assignments and the records they share. Do not upload personal or financial information without the necessary authority.

You retain your rights in records you provide. You authorize Grayedge and its service providers to process them as needed to supply the features you use, subject to the Privacy policy. That permission does not authorize selling your personal information or unrelated advertising use.

Calculations and investment decisions

Grayedge estimates and calculations can differ from brokerage statements because of price timestamps, cash-flow treatment, fees, interest, incomplete history or valuation methods. Broker-reported values and stock-mark estimates are labeled separately. Confirm important figures with your broker and retain independent copies of important records.

Grayedge is not a substitute for your brokerage records or personalized investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for investment decisions. Historical performance does not guarantee future results, and displayed prices are not guaranteed execution prices or liquidation proceeds.

Brokerage and market services

Connected features depend on your authorization and third-party service availability. Disconnecting or revoking authorization can stop updates. Market feeds can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Third-party data remains subject to its provider’s terms and rights; do not redistribute it beyond your authorization.

Grayedge Pro subscription

The planned U.S. price for Grayedge Pro is $9.99 per month per firm. One firm subscription covers that firm’s authorized members and investors. Purchase availability, the actual localized price and the billing period are shown before purchase. This page does not enable or collect a payment.

When purchased through Apple, payment is charged to the purchaser’s Apple Account and the subscription renews monthly unless canceled. Manage or cancel it through Apple subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; access depends on the verified paid-through period and applicable platform status. Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases follow Apple’s process.

Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases with the service; it does not transfer billing ownership or assign a subscription to an unrelated firm. A member who did not make the purchase may need to contact the purchasing administrator. Any introductory offer or trial is governed by the terms displayed when offered; no Apple introductory offer is promised here.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass permissions, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, access another firm’s data without authorization, or use Grayedge unlawfully. We may restrict access where needed to protect accounts, investigate misuse or comply with applicable obligations.

Account closure and shared firms

Use the in-app account-deletion flow to review what will be deleted. Shared-firm owners may need to transfer ownership first. Deleting a sole-user firm can permanently remove its records and stored connection credentials; shared firms may remain for their other members.

Deleting a login, removing it from a device, disconnecting a brokerage, closing a brokerage account and canceling an Apple subscription are different actions. Deleting Grayedge account data does not automatically perform the others. Retention and data-request information appears in the Privacy policy.

Availability, changes and support

Service interruptions, maintenance and third-party failures may affect availability. No particular investment outcome, uninterrupted access or calculation accuracy is guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes to paid access or legal terms will receive any notice required by applicable law or the purchase platform. Updated terms will identify their revision date.
